Refund & Return Policy

Because GoBeDo products are food items, all sales are considered final unless there is an issue caused by us.

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order was damaged during transit

  • Your order was lost in transit

Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the issues above, please contact us at hello@gobedoworld.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (for damaged or incorrect items)

Returns

If a return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Orders refused or returned due to incorrect address

  • Change of mind or taste preference

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
